Stock Management
SampleRite liaises regularly with clients to ensure optimum stock management, taking into consideration factors affecting demand, including new product launches, marketing campaigns and legislative issues. This also ensures that the costs of waste and disposal are kept to a minimum. Stock can be sourced direct from client, or alternatively a nominated supplier. Re-order levels, batch numbers, product shelf life and warehouse location are all controlled through our fully integrated computer system. We ensure full batch traceability at any time and are pleased to adhere to specific batch requests from customers.
Order Processing
SampleRite offers a web based ordering facility, which provides password controlled access to a personalised page, 24 hour access and automatic confirmation of both order receipt and despatch. Alternatively, orders can be received by fax or e-mail and are handled by our designated Customer Service Representatives.
Sample Preparation & Packaging
SampleRite's team of dedicated technicians ensure that the quality of all repacked product is maintained throughout. Dependant on the nature of the product, decant is carried out in either our custom built laboratory, clean room or dye room. SampleRite provides a large variety of inner and outer packaging options to meet safety requirements, client preference and UN legislation. Individual product labels are created and, if required, can be produced in multiple languages. All SampleRite employees are IATA / ADR trained and will complete all necessary paperwork in line with current legislation.
Worldwide Delivery
All sample requests are ready for despatch within 24/48 hours (subject to stock availability). Approved couriers collect on a daily basis and samples are delivered worldwide within a matter of days. Due to the high volume of samples that we send out globally, SampleRite benefits from the experience and knowledge of the best couriers to use for the product and destination in question.
Reporting
A monthly report of sample activity is provided, which includes customer details, destination, product, quantity, order reference, date, application area and any special instructions relating to the orders. Reports are a valuable tool for sales and product managers within the business, both for sales follow up and identification of demand and market trends.
Marketing Opportunities
SampleRite will support your marketing campaigns by sending out promotional material such as flyers, formulation advice etc with your sample. Branded tape can be produced for the outer packaging, which promotes brand recognition as soon as the package arrives with a potential customer. We can also prepare samples for exhibitions and new product launches to ensure your marketing efforts are backed up by efficient sampling.
